option 1 will be correct ans. iodine test is for knowing the presence of starch. in boiled rice there is starch present for which it changes colour in presence of iodine.
but in case of boiled and chewed rich the colour remains same. becz in our saliva salivary amylase is present which convert starch into sugar. so when rice is boiled and chewed then the starch in it is converted into sugar. and iodine test is for only starch.
therefore option 1 will be correct opt.
