The Allen Cognitive Scale is just one of several tools we use to create a personalized recommendation for care.  Mulliken scale simply considers the electronegativity of an element as the average of the ionization potential and the electron affinity of that element. Pauling scale is a numerical scale of electronegativities based on bond-energy calculations for different elements joined by covalent bonds. Electronegativity is the power of an atom when in a molecule to attract eletrons to itself.Allred-Rochow Electronegativity is a measure that determines the values of the electrostatic force exerted by the effective nuclear charge on the valence electrons. The value of the effective nuclear charges is estimated from Slater's rules. Pauling proposed an electronegativity scale, which depends on bond energies, as a development of valence bond theory.
