 \sqrt[4]{ \sqrt[3]{ {3}^{2} } }

We know that

ᵐ√a = a^( 1/m )

  = \sqrt[4]{ ({3}^{2})^{ \dfrac{1}{3} }   }

Using laws of exponents ( a^m )^n = a^( mn)

  = \sqrt[4]{ 3^{ \dfrac{2}{3} }   }

We know that

ᵐ√a = a^( 1/m )

  =   \bigg(3^{ \dfrac{2}{3}} \bigg)^{ \dfrac{1}{4} }

Using laws of exponents ( a^m )^n = a^( mn)

  =   3^{ \dfrac{2}{3} \times \dfrac{1}{4}  }

  =   3^{ \dfrac{1}{3} \times \dfrac{1}{2}  }

  =   3^{ \dfrac{1}{6} }

Answer b) 3^( 1/6 )
