I think you need to draw concentric circle around the two lines.

1)using right hand thumb rule in both cases direction of magnetic field lines will be the same (by curling fingers of your right hand and imagining holding the conductor by the direction of current)

2) as X is in between of both the conductors and the magnitude of current is the same then the the magnitude of attraction felt by X will be the same. but if the magnitude of current is not same then it will depend on the intensity of current .
