2 is the minimum number of unequal forces whose vector sum can equal to 0 is because if one force is acting then change will occur but if two force are acting suppose -5 N and one of +5 N then ,
V= +5 N +(-5 N )
V=( 5-5 ) N
V = 0 N
hence we could say that minimum number of force for vector sum to be 0 is two(2).
