First of all find the volume of all the 3 cubes.
6³ = 216
8³ = 512
10³ = 1000
Then we have to find the total volume of the cube which has been formed by melting the 3 smaller cubes.
So 216 + 512 + 1000 = 1728
Now we have to calculate the edge or the side of the bigger cube with volume 1728 cm³.
Do the prime factorisation and you'll get the answer 12.
So the answer according to me is 12 cm.
