Force = Mass × acceleration, force = 4N and mass= 2kg, then acceleration = F/m = 4/2= 2kgm/s^2. Hence acceleration = 2kgm/s^2 , Tension = mg+ma , where m is the mass of the object , g is acceleration due to gravity and a = acceleration of the block. Tension = 2(9.8) + 2(2) = 19.6+4= 23.6N. Hence acceleration of the block is 2kgm/s^2 and Tension = 23.6N. Hope this helps
