Given:

  • Volume of cuboid, v = 36 cm³

  • Length of cuboid, l = 2 cm

  • Width of cuboid, b = 90 mm = 90/10 = 9 cm

To find out:

Find the height of cuboid in cm.

Formula used :

Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

Solution:

We know that,

Volume of cuboid = l × b × h

Substituting the values in the above formula, we get

➪ 36 = 2 × 9 × h

➪ 36 = 18 × h

➪ h = 36/18

➪ h = 2 cm

Hence, the height of given cuboid is 2 cm.

Additional information:

  • 1 cm = 100 m

  • 1 km = 1000 m

  • 1 L = 1000 mL

  • 1 cm = 10 mm

  • 1 g = 1000 mg
