The Answer is 60 kg

It is so because the number of the girls is same yet the entry of new girl increases the average of the girls.
So, it is must that the weight of the new girl might be more than the girl she replaces.
The initial average value is not given so it is not possible to find out any numerical value stating the average of the initial 40 girls.
