\huge \bold{ANSWER:-}

we should find the LCM

note - and - is + so 3rd is +

5 | 5, 10, 15

....| 1, 2, 3

LCM = 2×3×5 = 30

 \huge \bold{ \frac{4}{5} \times  \frac{6}{6} =  \frac{24}{30}   }

 \huge \bold{ \frac{3}{10}  \times  \frac{3}{3} =  \frac{9}{30}  }

 \huge \bold{ \frac{ - 7}{15} \times  \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{ - 14}{30}  }

According ascending order :-

 \huge \bold{ \frac{ -14 }{30}  <  \frac{9}{30}  <  \frac{24}{30} }

So the ans is :-
