1.The space between the molecules is called intermolecular space.

2.When the intermolecular space is higher then the particles moves faster.

3.If there is no space then the object is heavy and hard whereas, if there is lot of space then the object will be very light and soft.

1.Intermolecular forces are forces of attraction or repulsion which act between neighboring particles.

2.When the intermolecular force of attraction is higher then the movement of particle is negligible.
