Answer:

if root 3 and -root 3 are the factors of polynomial p(x)

then( x-root 3 ), (x+ root 3 ) are also factors of p of x

so (x- root 3 ) ( x + root 3 )

= x**2 -( root 3)**2

= x**2 - 3 is the factor of p of x

so divide p(x) by x**2 -3

we will get

3x^2 -7x + 2

by quadratic formula we get

D = (-7) ^2 - 4(3)(2)

= 49 - 24

D = 25

so ,

x = -(-7) +- root D / 2×3

= 7 +- 5 / 6

= 7+ 5/6, 7-5 /6

so x can be = 12 / 6 =2 , -2/6 = -1/3

so the remaining zeroes of the qaudratic equation are 2 and -1/3

i hope it will help you

thanks bro !!!!!!
