Put fundamental dimensions form of G in each option and check if it satisfies both sides

G = M {}^{ - 1} L {}^{3} T {}^{ - 2}

Ignore the constants , you only need to check if dimension is same or not .

Option first

T {}^{2} =  L {}^{2}

Which is not correct

Option 2

 \frac{L {}^{2} }{G}  =  \frac{ L {}^{2}}{M {}^{ - 1} L {}^{3} T {}^{ - 2}  }  \neq {T }^{2}
