There are 26 red cards in a deck of 52 cards.

Number of queens in a deck =4 cards.

In which, 2 queens are black and 2 are red.

Now, number of card which are neither red nor queen =52–(26+2)=24.

Therefore, probability of getting neither a red card nor a queen =    24 /52= 6/13
