Ello... ✌✌

Given : -

Density of the solution = 1.110 g/ml

Molality of the solution = 3 m

We know that, Molar mass of NaOH = 40 g/mol

3 mol NaOH dissolved in 1000 g water..

So, the mass of NaOH

= 3 mol × 40 g/mol

= 120 g

Now, The total mass of the solution = 120 g+1000 g = 1120 g..

Density = mass/volume

Volume of solution = mass of solution/density

Volume of solution = 1120g/1.110g/ml

=> 1009.01 ml

=> 1.009 L

Molarity = no. of moles of solute/volume of solution in L

M = 3 mol / 1.009 L

M = 2.97 M
