\underline{\underline{\pink{\sf Answer}}}

☞ x = 70°

☞ y = 80°

\underline{\underline{\red{\sf Given}}}

✭ PQ || RT

\underline{\underline{\green{\sf To \ Find}}}

◈ The Value of x & y?

\underline{\underline{\blue{\sf Steps}}}

PQ || RT and PR is the transversal,so

➝ ∠QPR = ∠PRT «« Alternate angles »»

➝ x = 70°

So now that we know that the sum of angles in a ∆ is 180° then,

➳ x + ∠PQR + ∠PRQ = 180°

Substituting the values

➳ 70° + 30° + ∠PRQ = 180°

➳ 100° + ∠PRQ = 180°

➳ ∠PRQ = 180° - 100°

➳ ∠PRQ = 80°

➳ y = 80°
