Step-by-step explanation:

a) (x^a/x^b)^a+b . (x^b/x^c)^b+c . (x^c/x^a)^c+a = 1

Taking LHS,

= (x)^{(a-b).(a+b)} . (x)^{(b-c).(b+c)} . (x)^{(c-a).(c+b)}

= (x)^a²-b².(x)^b²-c².(x)^c²-a²

= (x)^a²-b²+b²-c²+c²-a²

= x⁰

= 1 = RHS

Note : There is a printing mistake in the question. Please re-check it, as instead of x^(c-a) it has to be x^(c+a).

b) Let A be 100%,

ATQ,

A = 20% more than B

100 % of A = 20% of B + 100% of B

100 % of A = 120% of B

(100/120) % of A = 1% of B

100*(100/120) % of A =100 % of B

83.33 % of A = 100 % of B

So,B is (100 - 83.33)%= 16.67% less than A

c) 45= x%*54

45= x/100*54

x = (45/54)*100

x = 83.33%
