 \sqrt{3}  \tan(2x)  = 3 \\  \\  \tan(2x)  =   \frac{3}{ \sqrt{3} }  \\  \\  \tan(2x)  =  \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  \tan(2x)  =  \tan(60)  \\  \\ 2x = 60 \\  \\  x = 30

x = 30°

Cancelling tan from both sides !
