so ΔABC≈ΔADC (sides opposite to equal angles are always equal)
also,
∠1+∠2=∠3+∠4, (axiom - things equal to same thing are equal to one another )
therefore ∠c=∠a

Hey,
The given triangles are congruent by the A. A. S axiom of conruency,
So, Since the triangles r congruent therefore the angles are also equal, so, angle 1=angle 2 and angle 3=angle 4.
So, angle 1+angle2=angle 3+ angle 4
And, since angle A=angle 1+ angle 2....and angle C=angle 3+angle 4,
So, angle A=angle C.
