\sqrt{} (0.40 \times 4 \times a) = 0.004 \times 0.4 \times \sqrt{b} \: \: \: \\

On squering both side we get

 (0.40 \times 4 \times a) =  { (\frac{4}{1000} })^{2}  \times  {0.4}^{2}  \times b\: \: \: \\  \frac{a}{b}  =  \frac{16 \times  {10}^{ - 6} \times 16 \times  {10}^{ - 2}  }{16 \times  {10}^{ - 1} }  \\  \frac{a}{b}  = 16 \times  {10}^{ - 7}

Answer:

Here is ur answer dear....

Given : $$\sqrt{0.04\times 0.4 \times a} = 0.4 \times 0.04 \times \sqrt{b} $$

Squaring both the sides :

$$\Rightarrow 0.04 \times 0.4 \times a $$ = $$ (0.4) ^{2} \times (0.04)^{2} \times \sqrt {b}^{2}$$

$$\Rightarrow 0.04 \times 0.4 \times a $$ = $$ (0.4) ^{2} \times (0.04)^{2} \times b$$

$$ \Rightarrow \dfrac{a}{b} = \dfrac {0.4 \times0.4 \times 0.04 \times 0.04 }{0.04 \times 0.4 }$$

$$ \Rightarrow \dfrac{a}{b} =0.4 \times 0.04 $$

$$ \Rightarrow \dfrac{a}{b} = 0.016 $$

The value of $$ \dfrac{a}{b} $$ is $$ 0.016 $$
