Pls help me
The ratio of the length and the breath of a rectangle is 4 : 3 and its area is 108 sq. cm. Find its length.​

Length is 12 cm

A = L x W = 108 cm2
W/L = 3/4
W = 3/4*L
So

A = L * 3/4L
108 = 3/4L2
Divide both sides by 3/4: multiply both sides by the inverse of 3/4 or 4/3.
(4/3)*108 = L2
144 = L2
√144 = L
12 = L
W = 3/4*12
W = 9

Checking
A = 108 = 9 x 12 = 108
