area \: of \: square \:  = side \:  \times side

  =  > 6  \frac{145}{256}  =  {side}^{2}

 =  >  \frac{1681}{256}  =   {side}^{2}

 =  > side \:  =  \sqrt{ \frac{1681}{256} }

 =  > side =  \frac{41}{16}

Now,.....

perimeter \: of \: square \:  = 4 \times side = 4 \times  \frac{41}{16}  =  \frac{41}{4}  = 10.25
