because we need fifteen so we need to multiple with any number whose answer is 15 and multiple the number with numerator this is multiplied with denominator like we multiply 5 with both

denominator and numerator

do same as 2nd fraction

we need 15 again as denominator

-4/5×3=-12/15

multipy 3 in both denominator and numerator

-10/15 is greater than -12/15

because when integer is negative the smaller number is greater
