(7x-2)(5x+4)=(7x+3)(5x-1)
35x^2+28x-10x-8=35x^2-7x+15x-3
35x^2+18x-8=35x^2+8x-3
35x^2-35x^2+18x-8x=-3+8
10x=5
x=1/2
x=0.5
