Here's the solution.
Here you had to think how to set our given values in the form of what we want.
We see that in the 'To prove' part, there's an 'm'.
And from the given equation, we can find m.
For that, apply componendo and dividendo as required.
After that, we get values in form of sin and cos. To set them in form of tan, we divide everything with cos form.
After taking out common factors, we take tan(π/4) = 1 to further adjust our values.
Then it's just algebraically solving using identities.
