Area of quadrilateral = Area of △ABC + Area of △DAC

Area of triangle = 21(x1(y2−y3)+x2(y3−y1)+x3(y1−y2))

Area of △ABC = 21∣(−3(−7+8)−2(−8−5)+1(5+7))∣

                            = 21∣(−3+26+12)∣

 

                            = 235

Area of △ADC = 21∣(−3(3+8)+6(−8−5)+1(5−3))∣

                            = 21∣(−33−78+2)∣

                            = 2109

Area of quadrilateral  = 235+2109
