It is necessary to have fresh and uncooked fruits and vegetables in our diet. So that we can get all nutrients from them which are necessary for our body. If we eat stale fruits and vegetables we will not be able to get all its nutrients. At this point, chemical configurations start to change within the food, enzymes are lost and the food becomes less beneficial. Another reason to eat more raw food is because of how they easily make their way through our digestive systems
