Ceq = 2C1C2 C1 + C2 + C3

Explanation:

Above and below ab, the capacitors C2 and C1 are in parallel with C3 and are connected in series.  

So, between a and b, the equivalent capacitor is shown as  

                  Ceq = C1C2C1 + C3 + C2 + C2 + C1C2C1

                  Ceq = 2C1C2 C1 + C2 + C3
