Answer:

Explanation:

Let the co ordinates of A be (x,y) and B(3,4)

Mid point of Ab=co ordinates of AB

(-2,2)=(X1+x2/2,y1+y2/2)

(-2,2)=(x+3/2,y+4/2)

Now, equate x value in -2 and y value in 2

X+3/2=-2.

X+3=-4

X= -7

Y+4/2=2

Y+4=4

Y =0

Co ordinates of A =(-7,0)

Answer:

Given, AB is diameter...

_____________________________

A(x,y) O(-2,2) B(3,4)

So, OA = OB (Radius of same circle)

This means O is midpoint of AB,

Using midpoint Formula,

-2 = (x+3)/2. ⏫ 2 = (y+4)/2

-4 = x+3. ⏫ 4 = y+4

So, x = -7. ⏫ So, y = 0

So, A(x,y) = A(-7,0)
