sn=2n^2+3n
let n=1 then
s1=a1=2×1^2+3×1
=2+3
=5
now
s2=2×2^2+3×2
=8+6
=14
therefore
a2=s2-s1=14-5=9
therefore d=9-5=4
so,
a16=a+15d
=5+15×4
=5+60
=65
