Hey mate
Here is your answer :--
If the lens has a convex lens of one side and concave on other side, the image formed will be the same side as that of the object
This is so because :-
1)Two different lenses perform different acts
one will converge the rays and other will diverge the lens
2) First the rays will be diverged then sent to other side of the lens
3) After reaching it will then converge and become a same sized image as that of the object
