Answer:

Correct option is

A

(3,6),(1,2)

Let the point A be (x,2x)

Now, using distance formula between (x,2x) and (4,3)

⇒  (4−x)2+(3−2x)2=10

Squaring both sides we get,

⇒  (4−x)2+(3−2x)2=(10)2

⇒  16−8x+x2+9−12x+4x2=10

⇒  5x2−20x+15=0

⇒  x2−4x+3=0

⇒  x2−3x−x+3=0

⇒  x(x−3)−1(x−3)=0

⇒  (x−3)(x−1)=0

⇒  x−3=0 and x−1=0

∴  x=3,1

Co-ordinates when x=3
