as we know double differentiation of displacement is acceleration.

Also,

in SHM acceleration = -omega square x

d²x/dt²= -4a

(omega)²=4

so, omega = 2

now, put the values in equation of SHM

x= a sin( wt + phi)

a = amplitude = 0.5(given)

x = 0.5 sin (2t + π/6)

phi= π/6 (given in question)
