Let the

circumference of circle 1 (C¹) with radius R¹ = 11cm

circumference of circle 1 (C²) with radius R²=22cm

circumference of circle 1 (C³) with radius R³=33cm

as circumference of a circle = 2πR

for circle 1,

C¹ = 11

2πR¹ = 11

2 × 22/7 × R¹ = 11

R¹ = 11 ÷ 22/7 ÷ 2

= 11 × 7/22 × 1/2

= 7/4 cm

so it's diameter D¹ = 2 × R¹

= 2 × 7/4

= 7/2 cm

Ratio of circumference to Diameter

= C¹ : D¹

= 11 : 7/2

= 22 : 7

so it is approximately = 22/7

for circle 2,

C² = 22

2πR² = 22

2 × 22/7 × R² = 22

R² = 22 ÷ 22/7 ÷ 2

= 22× 7/22 × 1/2

= 7/2 cm

so it's diameter D²= 2 × R²

= 2 × 7/2

= 7 cm

Ratio of circumference to Diameter

= C² : D²

= 22: 7

this is also approximately = 22/7

for circle 3,

C³= 33

2πR³ = 33

2 × 22/7 × R³ = 33

R³ = 33 ÷ 22/7 ÷ 2

= 33 × 7/22 × 1/2

= 21/4 cm

so it's diameter D³= 2 × R³

= 2 × 21/4

= 21/2 cm

Ratio of circumference to Diameter

= C³ : D³

= 33 : 21/2

= 66 : 21

= 22 : 7

this is also approximately = 22/7

sorry I didn't provide the answer in tabular form.
