Answer:

To prove : \large{\sf \frac{(0.6) {}^{0}  - (0.1) {}^{ - 1} }{( \frac{3}{8} ) {}^{ - 1} ( \frac{3}{2})^{3} + (  - \frac{1}{3}) {}^{ - 1}} =- \frac{3}{2}}

Given that ;

 \implies \sf \frac{(0.6) {}^{0}  - (0.1) {}^{ - 1} }{( \frac{3}{8} ) {}^{ - 1} ( \frac{3}{2})^{3} + (  - \frac{1}{3}) {}^{ - 1}  }  =-   \frac{3}{2} \\  \\   \implies \sf \frac{1  - (0.1) {}^{ - 1} }{( \frac{3}{8} ) {}^{ - 1} ( \frac{3}{2})^{3} + (  - \frac{1}{3}) {}^{ - 1}  } =  -   \frac{3}{2}  \\  \\ \implies \sf  \frac{1 -  \frac{10}{1} }{( \frac{8}{3})( \frac{27}{8}) + ( -  3)  }  =  -   \frac{3}{2}   \\  \\ \implies \sf  \frac{1 - 10}{9 + ( - 3)}  = -   \frac{3}{2} \\  \\ \implies \sf   - \frac{ 9}{6} =  -   \frac{3}{2} \\  \\ \implies \sf -   \frac{3}{2}  = -   \frac{3}{2}

Hence, it is proved.
