$= \: 22 \div 7 \times 7 \times 7 \times 28$
$= 22 \times 7 \times 28$
$154 \times 28 = 4312 \: unit \: cube$

hieght of the well = 28 feet

shape of well is a cylinder

∴ volume of the well = (pi)r²l

∴ quantity of soil to dig the ground = 22/7 × 7² ×28

                                                         = 4312
