firstly we interchange the place of divided by 9 when it comes on the right hand side then it becomes 10*9=90
now I can interchange the place of 9 comes on the right hand side then it becomes - 9 then 90 - 9 is equal to 81.
3^2x+1=81
3^2x+1=3^4

now on comparing both side we get 2 X + 1 is equal to 4.
now.
2x=4-1
2x=3
x=2/3.
