Health has been the most important current issue theses days.People are very conscious about there health.its very important to maintain health.But Nowadays most of teenagers are fond of junk food like burger,pizza etc.No doubt it is tasty but it is very harmful for our health.We should maintain our health by eating balanced diet and doing proper exercise daily.We can also stay fit by eating some medicines .Medicines are also good but are very effective and can cause Some side effects also .so we should try to avoid them as far as possible and adopt natural methods to maintain health . Beacause HEALTH IS WEALTH

health is important for the man health would differ from the seasons from the seasons we can get the disease like winter fever,cold health is perfect means man is perfect  health is incorrect means we can get the medicine but we cant get the medicine from our own wish first we refer to the doctor about the disease and what they suggest that medicine we should take
