Answer:

b. \frac{1}{10000}

d.  \frac{20}{11}

Step-by-step explanation:

b) (-100)^{-3} ÷ (-100)^{-1}= (-100)^{-3-(-1)}                      we know that a^{n}÷a^{m}=a^{n-m}

= (-100)^{-3+1} = (-100)^{-2}

= (\frac{1}{-100} )^{2}= \frac{1}{10000}

d) (\frac{20}{11} )^{-1}× (\frac{11}{20} )^{-2}= (\frac{20}{11} )^{-1} × (\frac{20}{11} )^{2}                              we know that a^{n}×a^{m} =  a^{n+m}

=  (\frac{20}{11} )^{-1 + 2} =   (\frac{20}{11} )^{1}= (\frac{20}{11} )
