Divide 49 by 7.

 \sf \displaystyle \:  \frac{7 \times 25 {b}^{3} }{5 {b}^{4} }

Divide 25b³ by 5b⁴.

 \sf \displaystyle \:  \frac{7 \times 5 {b}^{3} }{ {b}^{4} }

Divide 5b³ by b⁴.

 \sf \displaystyle \:  \frac{7 \times 5}{b}

  \sf \displaystyle \green{ =  \frac{35}{b} }

(49×25×a²×b³)/(7×5×a²×b⁴)

= (49/7)×(25/5)×(a²/a²)×(b³/b⁴)
