To simplify :   \frac{5}{7} \div  (\frac{4}{9}\times\frac{27}{28})

Solution :

To solve the above expression  we will follow BODMAS rule.

It is the rule used to remember the order of operations to be followed while solving expressions in mathematics.

where, B = brackets

            O = order of powers or rule

            D = Division

            M = multiplication

             A = addition

             S = subtraction

According to above rule we will solve   \frac{5}{7} \div (\frac{4}{9}\times\frac{27}{28})

              = \frac{5}{7} \div\frac{3}{7}

taking reciprocal of denominator we get,

              = \frac{5}{7} \times \frac{7}{3}

on simplifying terms we get ,

             = \frac{5}{3}

Hence on simplification of the given expression we get \frac{5}{3} as answer.

Given,

\frac{5}{7} ÷\frac{4}{9} of \frac{27}{28}

Here, we have to simplify the given expression by using BODMAS rule

B-Border

O-of

D-Division

M-multiplication

A-Addition

S-Subtraction

First we have to multiply \frac{4}{9} and \frac{27}{28}

After that apply the division

Now,

\frac{5}{7} ÷\frac{4}{9} of \frac{27}{28}

=\frac{5}{7} ÷ \frac{4}{9}\times\frac{27}{28}

=\frac{5}{7} ÷\frac{3}{7}

= \frac{5}{7}\times \frac{7}{3}

= \frac{5}{3}

Therefore, the answer is \frac{5}{3}.
