and 3x-2y be b
1/2a+5/3b=-3/2 take it as 1
5/4a-3/5b=61/60 take it as 2
multiply equation by 6
and multiply equation 2 by 60
3/a+15/b=9
75/a-36/b=61
and 3x-2y be b
1/2a+5/3b=-3/2 take it as 1
