Here is the answer of the first question

Given-

RAP=117

QBL=63

TO PROVE- P∥Q

Proof

∠RAP+∠QBL= 117+63 (both forms co-interior

=180 angles)

Which means both are co-iterior angles and P∥Q where R is the transversal

HENCE PROVED

Second question

By Pythagoras Theorem

PR²= PQ²+ QR²

PR²=24²+7²

PR²= 625

PR= 25

PS= ½PR

PS=12.5

S is the midpoint of PR ⇒ PS=SR =

25/2

=12.5cm

(QS)² = PS × SR

(QS)² = 12.5 × 12.5

QS =12.5 cm.
