Given x = 3, y = -2.   ------ (1)

Given Equation is 3x - ky = 1.   ---- (2)

Substitute (1) in (2), we get

= > 3x - ky = 1

= > 3(3) - k(-2) = 1

= > 9 + 2k = 1

= > 2k = 1 - 9

= > 2k = -8

= > k = -4.

Therefore, the value of k = -4.

Hope this helps!
