If two angles of a triangle are equal, then thesides opposite to them are also equal and vice versa.
In triangle ABD, two sides are equal. Hence, ABD is an isosceles triangle.
If ABD is an isosceles triangle, then Angle ABD and A are equal(according to the above mentioned theorem). Angle ABD= angle BAD =50.
Angle ADB =(180-100)=80
Similarly, ACD is an isosceles triangle.
ADC= (180-angle ADB) =(180-80)=100.
angle ADC and ACD are equal ( same theorem).
Therefore, angle ACD=40.
