Let a be a side of the square,
Then a^2 = 518 => a = root 518
So perimeter of the square field = 4×root 518

Now, let the breadth of the rectangle be x
So, the length of the rectangle = 2x
Its perimeter = 2 (2x + x) = 6x

So, 6x = 4× root 518
x = (4×root518)/6

Area of the rectangle = 2x × x = 2x^2 = 2 × x^2
= 2 × (4^2 × 518)/ 6^2 = (32×518)/36 = 4144/9
Hence the ans. is 4144/9
