Given , s= 5t+8t²
At t=0 , s=0 so initial velocity (u) =0
At t=1 , s = 5+8 = 13m
Using 2nd equation of motion ,
s = ut + 1/2 at²
13 = 1/2 a * 1²
a = 26m/s²
At t=0 , s=0 so initial velocity (u) =0
At t=1 , s = 5+8 = 13m

s = ut + 1/2 at²
13 = 1/2 a * 1²
a = 26m/s²
