 \frac{b}{2b - (6 - 6b)}  =  \frac{ - 2}{ \: 7} \\  =  >  \frac{b}{2b - 6 + 6b}   =  \frac{ - 2}{7}  \\  =  >  \frac{b}{8b - 6}  =  \frac{ - 2}{7}  \\  =  > b \times 7 =  - 2 \times (8b - 6) \\  =  > 7b =  - 16b + 12 \\  =  > 7b + 16b = 12 \\  =  > 23b = 12 \\  =  > b =  \frac{12}{23}
