Answer:

resistance in series=R1+R2

3ohm+2ohm =5ohm(Rs)

Resistance in parallel (1/Rt)=(1/R3)+(1/Rs)

1/5 + 1/5

1/Rt=1/5 + 1/5

=1/Rt=2/5

Rt=5/2

Rt=2.5 ohm

ii) resistance in series=R1+R2

3ohm+2ohm =5ohm(Rs)

volt is same in parallel connection= V=I×Rs

where I is current and r is resistance

6=i5

I=6/5 (lower)

and resistance in series have same current

so 1.2 Ampere in 3ohm
