Answer:

 \frac{5}{3} ( - 2) {}^{2}  + 1

 \frac{5}{3} ( - 4) + 1

 \frac{5}{3}  - 3

[ Cut both the 3's ]

The answer is - 5.

Because, both the 3 will cut and because there is - 3, the answer will come - 5.
